we offer a complete 30 day warranty to defective products 

• either name on original order or order number needed to process warrantied items.

We offer a 30 day return policy of  products.

• return shipping not included. 

Our Return and Refund policy consists of:

• call or email to initiate return
• return initiated within 30 days of order date.
• once returned product is received by lowbuck tools a complete refund of purchase price and original shipping will be issued to the buyers original payment method. (original payment method only no exceptions)
